Are you available in my area?
We service Okotoks, High River, Lethbridge, and surrounding areas. We can pick up from and drop off the items directly to your home/office or you can drop off & pick up your cleaned items from one of our store locations.

Is there a fee for delivery?
Possibly. All pickup and delivery within city/town limits (Okotoks, High River, and Lethbridge) is complimentary with the subscription service. Service outside of city/town limits is subject to a trip fee of $1.50 per km.

What is the turnaround time for the service?
Home pick-ups and deliveries are done on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Do I need to be home for pick-up and delivery?
No. Place the clothes in the bag we provide you with on your front door step or pre-designated location as agreed upon with your driver (e.g. side door, inside garage, etc).

Will you provide me with a Wash and Fold laundry bag?
Yes, when you sign up for subscription service, we will provide you with one (or two) of our wash and fold garment bags free of charge to use. The size of bag is determined by the type of subscription service you sign up for.

Do you use environmentally friendly cleaning products?
Yes. All our soaps, detergents, and cleaning supplies comply with government standards.

What if I have allergies?
If you advise us of any allergies or special needs, we will accommodate you.

Do I need to separate my whites from the dark clothing?
No, leave that to us! All of your laundry will be sorted and cleaned separately according to colours.

Is there an order minimum?
No. Fill the bag you are provided with to the top. You are simply charged a standard fee for the subscription.

Can I sign-up for regular weekly service?
Yes! Subscribe to our service & you will receive your cleaned & folded laundry every week at a reduced rate.

I have a large family, can I have more than 1 bag?
Yes. Subscribe to our “2 Bags Per Week” plan and you will receive 2 bags at an even better subscription rate.

If I’m on a subscription, when will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged in advance – at the beginning of the month in which the service is to be provided.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, just send us an email to admin@foothillscleaners.ca at least 3 working days before the end of the month.

I’m on a subscription and I’m going on holiday, can I put my service on hold?
Yes, just send us an email to admin@foothillscleaners.ca at least 3 working days before your next service date.

How much stuff can I put in my bag?
Fill the bag! The bag just needs to be able to close.

What if I have dry cleaning items in my bag?
We ask that you place dryclean only items inside another bag within your provided laundry bag. We will clean, press, and bill for these items separately at our standard drycleaning rates.

What if my laundry has stains I want you to treat?
No problem! Just bring it to our attention by placing the stained item(s) inside another bag along with a note. We will treat these items as regular drycleaning items & will clean, press and bill it separately at our standard drycleaning rates.

Do you wash and fold my collared dress shirts?
Yes, we can wash and fold your collared dress shirts, but if you’d like us to press and finish your shirts as per our typical service, we are happy to do so at our standard drycleaning rates.

What about coverall or extra dirty items?
Coveralls and other extra dirty items which require special treatment are NOT INCLUDED in our subscription program but are charged at our standard rates.
